JOSEPH RATHBUN, age 36, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 and obtained an MBA from Columbia University in 2020. Mr. Rathbun spent close to a decade in the energy industry working for Shell across various business groups and geographies. He most recently served as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Wolverine Advanced Materials.

BETHANY RATHBUN, age 37, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011. She is a cautious, business savvy individual who spent ten years in volunteer capacities across multiple nonprofit organizations. She now holds a position in graduate admissions at the University of Pittsburgh.
